What are the Terms & Conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment?


1. COD is chargeable for orders below Rs. 1000 at a nominal charge of Rs. 200. There is un upper limit of Rs. 10,000

2. Your delivery address should be under the serviceable network of our courier partner. Please enter the full and complete address with the correct PIN code / Area Code to ensure prompt delivery.

3. Please pay in cash only and DO NOT offer cheques or drafts to the courier staff.

Why can't I see the Cash on Delivery option on the payment page?

How do I calculate the amount chargeable to my card?


CART VALUE + EMI CHARGE = Amount chargeable to your card

For example: Your cart value is Rs.10000 and you choose an EMI option for 3 months (Rs.149). Then ­­­­your total is Rs.10000 + Rs.149 = Rs. 10149.

Hence, your EMI would be (10,149/3)= Rs 3383 per month.



What happens in case of a refund?


In case of a refund, the cart value, i.e. amount paid by you for your product/s will be refunded to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. The EMI charge is non-refundable.

For example:  Your cart value is Rs.10000 and you choose an EMI option for 3 months (Rs.149). Then the total amount chargeable to your card is Rs. 10149. 

Amount chargeable to your card EMI CHARGE = REFUND AMOUNT

Rs.10149 – Rs.149 = Rs.10000

But, in case of Prepaid Orders we allow partial order cancellations ( i.e The consumer will be charged a 15% restocking fees of the Invoice Value as well as the courier charges incurred for sending us the product (which is to done by the customer himself) if the items in your order have been shipped from our warehouse, & only 15% restocking fees of the Invoice Value until none of the items in your order have been shipped from our warehouse. Can I modify my order after placing it?


We understand that you may want to alter the ordered size or color option of a product in your order or that you may even need to have your shipping address updated. Why was my order canceled? Why didn't you send me any intimation?


This could be because either the product was out of stock or it had been rejected for quality reasons. An e-mail is always sent when an order is cancelled, but it is possible that it might have gone into your spam folder.

How do I replace products to the

 What can I replace ?


Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by ONLY within 1 day of delivery. Returned products must be unused and unopened, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
